Our belts are designed to be worn using a middle hole on the tail. It's always best to measure your waist where your pants sit but we can generally recommend to order a size larger than your normal denim. So if you wear 40 pant (about 102 cm), you should be safe with a size 42 belt (about 107 cm). Keep in mind that the leather will stretch some over time.
