     1. What is your minimum order quantity?

  • Normally, the minimum order quantity is 100 pieces of each color and style.

 

      2. Are you a factory or a trading company?

  • We are a factory in Guangzhou, with a history of about 20 years.

 

      3. Are all your products made of genuine leather? Can you do PU or other materials?

  • Most of our products (90%) are genuine leather, but we can also make PU wallets.

 

      4. How about samples? Can you do it?

  • We offer prototyping services for series development, which allows you to refine your designs before going into full production. Since most of the products we produce are made exactly to your specifications, we will send you samples in the form of pictures or, if you prefer, mail them to you for your approval before we start mass production. At this stage, you can make minor changes to the design to ensure that your final product is exactly as you want it to be.

 

      5. How long does it take to produce samples?

  • We aim to produce a production sample within 7 days of placing an order. We will always strive to meet your time requirements and will discuss this with you throughout the design process.

 

     6. What are your payment terms? How do you accept payment?

  • Usually 30% as deposit after order confirmation and 70% as balance before shipment! We can also accept cash and wire transfer, letter of credit, and we can accept all the mainstream currencies in the market.

 

      7. Can you produce products that are not on the website?

  • What is shown on our website is just as a guide to show you the range of what we can produce. We are very capable and we can produce almost any product related to leather goods. We like to work with all brands and enjoy developing new products, so whatever your requirements or ideas, please contact us!

 

      8. What is the delivery time for your bulk manufacturing?

  • Delivery time varies with the amount of work and complexity of the design, and is approximately 6-8 weeks from confirmation of samples.

 

      9. Is there any import duty?

  • This varies depending on the country of delivery, product type and cost. We are happy to discuss any import duties that may arise on delivery and will endeavour to answer any questions you may have regarding the importation of your goods.

     

      10. Is my intellectual property protected?

  • All discussions between us and our customers are completely confidential and we abide by your requirements regarding intellectual property and privacy. We never share your designs with other customers and treat each customer individually.       11. How do you accept payment?

  • We accept payment via bank transfer or PayPal. If you choose to pay via PayPal, they will charge a 4% transaction fee, which will be added to your invoice.
